Change Category	Description
0	Other changes
1	Structural Changes i.e. "This LO belongs to another domain." or "This LO should be deleted."
2	Content Changes i.e. "This LO should be redefined as follows: ..." or "This LO is too big and should be split."
3	Minor Changes like spelling mistakes or the proposal of a different wording.
