Hilfe:Catalogues Overview

The catalogues overview page lists all catalogues of learning objectives in their latest version. Older versions are not visible but their wiki pages are accessible via the new versions.

Creating a new catalogue

To create a new catalogue, go to the page HI-LONa Catalogues of learning objectives and click on the button "Create new catalogue". You will be redirected to the input form where you can enter the meta data.

In order for the catalogue to be listed on the overview page, the property Aktuellste Version has to be set to "ja" (default value). If you are creating an updated version of an existing catalogue, set the property Previous Version to the name of the preceding one. After finishing, please go to the page of the previous version and click the "Edit with form" tab on the top right. Change the property Aktuellste Version to "nein". Remember, the older version will not be listed on the overview page.

Click "Save page" on the lower left to save the new catalogue.

Editing an existing catalogue

If you would like to edit an existing catalogue, click the tab "Edit with form" on the top right of the catalogue page. You will be redirected to the same form used to create new catalogues with all current meta data pre-filled.
